1. Acceptance of terms
By using the Detailing Marin website and requesting any of our services, you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.
2. Service description
Detailing Marin offers mobile automotive detailing and cleaning services in the Maipú area and surroundings. Services include eco wash, polishing, headlight treatment, and engine cleaning, among others described on our site.
3. Bookings and confirmations
Bookings made through the web form or WhatsApp are service requests subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only when a Detailing Marin representative explicitly validates it in writing (via WhatsApp or email).
4. Cancellations and changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a 20% charge of the service value to cover travel costs.
5. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- Providing access to the vehicle at the agreed date and location.
- Informing us in advance about pre-existing damage to the paint or other surfaces.
- Removing valuables from the vehicle interior before the service.
6. Limitation of liability
Detailing Marin is not liable for undisclosed pre-existing damage or weather conditions that prevent proper service execution. In the event of damage caused directly by our operation, we commit to evaluating and resolving the incident directly with the client.
7. Prices and payments
Prices published on the site are indicative in Chilean pesos (CLP) and may vary depending on the vehicle's condition, size, and additional services requested. The final price is confirmed before the service begins. Payment is made upon completion of the work.
8. Modifications
Detailing Marin reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be published on this page and will take effect immediately.
